In Nov 2021, an Axe Drax supporter blocked and climbed on top of a Drax train full of wood pellets heading to the power station  

Jointly charged with conspiracy to damage the department that props up Drax, Fergus and another face Southwark Crown Court for a 5 day trial on 22nd to 26th April. This includes one person who has been taken to the courts because they had a spec of paint on their nose.
